Yes. Every Murray Steel Buildings commercial building is a prefabricated steel building, manufactured from galvanised cold-rolled steel sections and delivered to site ready for erection. Prefabrication means faster, more predictable construction, while each building is still designed to your exact dimensions and requirements.
We offer both supply-only and supply-and-installation options. Our commercial building kits include the building components, fixings and detailed construction drawings, so your own contractor or in-house team can erect the building. Alternatively, our experienced installation teams can complete the full erection for you.
Our commercial steel frame buildings can be designed with a clear span of up to 22 metres and an eaves height of up to approximately 8 metres, giving you a large, open floor area with no internal columns.
